Lisa has extensive leadership and technical experience at the city, state, and international levels, including with the City of Phoenix, Empire State Development Corporation, USAID, UN Development Program, CARE International, and IRC. She has served in longer-term positions in Kenya, Sudan, Bangladesh and Thailand, complemented by technical assignments across Haiti, Senegal, Uganda, Nigeria, Zambia, Sierra Leone, Macedonia, Colombia, and beyond.
